When booking an appointment at Perfect Touch Hair Studio, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions below.

Please be aware at the beginning of a new tax year prices will increase.

Please be sure of the date and time is suitable for you before you book an appointment.

Please attend your appointment alone, no plus ones. For health and safety reasons children are not allowed.

If you are feeling unwell while in the studio please let your stylist know, do not suffer in silence.

You can book up to 4 weeks in advance.

RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION POLICY

You can only reschedule once up to 48HRS (2day )before your schedule appointment is due, you can do this yourself on the site. Less than 48HRS (2days) or on the day cancellation you lose the rights to reschedule and your deposit. After this please do not call me it is your responsibility to follow the terms set out.

DEPOSIT POLICY

All appointments are subject to an upfront non-refundable deposit of £20 that will be deducted from your chosen service. The remaining balance must be paid in CASH at the end of your service.

PAYMENT

Your £20 deposit is paid via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account please communicate via a what’s app message only.

AVAILABILITY

Slots are release 5th of every month.
You can book a slot up to 24HRS.
Same day or last minute appointment will be changed an extra £25.
We do not open on a Sunday and some Bank Holiday.

CHANGING YOUR HAIR

If you book a hair service (for example ) a pixie retouch and you decide to relax your hair before hand without noticing me 48HRS before your appointment, you will be charge the full amount.

LATENESS (PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUS)

Please aim to be on time. A 10 minutes grace period is given after your appointment has started.

Lateness feed into the order client appointment time and also changes the flow for the day. After 15 minutes your appointment is cancel and your deposit will not be refunded.

On my own discretion if it is convenient to see on that day it will cost you £30 extra.

Please leave home early given yourself enough time so you are not late.
